Managing Director

Christian Grauvogel has over 10 years of experience in fostering participation and dialogue within the realms of urban and regional development, as well as societal transformation processes.. He has contributed to various European research and policy projects and has led several civil society organisations. Before co-founding Transformati.on 2050, he was Head of Dialogue and Knowledge Transfer at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) and served as Project Coordinator for the research and transfer project Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Global Digital Transformation (SET).

Linda Beyschlag

Linda Beyschlag brings years of expertise in stakeholder management and knowledge transfer, with a strong focus on climate actionprotection and socially just structural change. Her work centers on bridging political levels, facilitating collaboration between diverse stakeholder groups, and identifying common ground for effective action. With over three years of experience as a consultant on national and international policy projects, Linda has a proven track record in shaping impactful strategies. Holding degrees in political science and geography, she has dedicated her career to advancing a just and sustainable transformation of society.

Clemens Wagner

Project Manager, Transformation Policy and Participation

Clemens Wagner has been working for over 8 years in both academic and civil society organisations on topics related to democracy promotion and participation. Previously, he worked at the German Youth Institute (DJI) on programme evaluations for the federal initiative “Demokratie leben!”. His professional focus includes data analysis, strategic policy consulting, and the design of participatory processes.

Binta von Rönn

Project Manager, Communication and Transfer

Binta von Rönn studied Architecture with a focus on urban design in Berlin and Hamburg. As a planner, she has been active for 10 years in the fields of architecture, circular justice, and communication. Her work centres on the conceptualisation and implementation of cooperative planning processes and the empowerment of local stakeholders. Binta’s main focus is on design processes and participation, including the visualisation of complex issues within transformation fields.

Intern

Mina Charles is currently completing an internship at Transformati.on 2050 as part of her bachelor’s degree in ecology and environmental planning. Her studies focus in particular on planning procedures, democratic processes, nature conservation and the associated conflicts of interest. She is particularly interested in the role of participation in planning processes, especially at the interfaces between democratic participation, socio-ecological transformation and the energy transition.

Vincent Stein

Project Manger

Vincent Stein studied International Relations in Cambridge and Environmental Governance in Freiburg. Alongside his studies, he worked for two years at the Öko Institut on social heat transition in the building sector. For over six years, he has been campaigning for fair climate policy in various national and international contexts. His focus is on emancipatory participation processes.
